Protein Induced Constipation

I have recently started out on a high protein diet mainly Prolab Whey approx 140gms a day but since then ve difficulty in passing stools i have also increased my h20 intake to almost 1 gal a day and also eat veggies for the fibre. Is this the "body getting used to" phase or ........

will help if you're constipated

BTW I thought proteins powders were linked to diarrhea...
 
Low carbs=slow bowel movements......If your not on a keto diet take 4 psyllium husks and wash them down with a cup of prune juice b4 bed. Youll be shitting sideways when you wake up.....

Or correctol works in about 6-8 hours..Best taken before bed.
 
on keto?

what if you are on a keto diet and can not have any additional carbs? i am on a keto and am experiencing similar probs.
