I posted this on the supplement board a couple of days ago but received no responses, I hope some of yous can help me out.

I am going to order some maltodextrim from Protein Factory and thought it might be worth it to order some whey while I'm at it.

How's the quality of their whey?

How does it compare to Isopure (if you have used and like Isopure)?

protein factory gets a huge thumbs up from me. I use their iso-chill whey everyday along with a custom formula before bedtime.

once you try PF, you will forget Isopure... I know because I was huge on IsoPure before.

Isopure is a bit pricy, but it's the best thing I've found locally (non-internet) so far.

I get chocolate and have it sweetened with splenda. It is very ncie and tolerable. Not like Isopure that tastes like a cardboard box has been grounded up in it.

I just go with Muscle Milk's Banana Strawberry, mixed with EAS' Vanilla.

One scoop of each.

PF has many different kinds. Which one are you talking about? Also, they have different flavors and mixtures/blends. I just started getting chocolate AND Splenda put in and it`s great. I always used to get vanilla or No flavor stuff.

Whey should be isolate if you get it and also only really used Post wo. Get a blend of protein from PF to maximise results bro. I get Allthewhey ISo for Post wo only or OPtimumwhey. then I have a blend from PF for the other drinks during the day or pre bedtime shake for slower absorbtion.

Dude, I got the vanilla sweetened with splenda, yuck, that shit is too sweet. I can't even consume it.

Is there any way to tell them to go light on the splenda? How does it taste without splenda?

I might order some plain and mix it in.

I made the switch to ON about 1.5 years ago and have never looked back.....quality is just as good, taste is much better, totally hassel free (with having to mix and match and choose this or that) and dps or netrition are fast as hell........usually............make the switch bro.......

other cheapo brands are good, but only if you are looking for concentrate or non-custom mixes...

yeah, Iread about it when I order the malt, but it's expensive.

When you order from a place that has pre-packaged stuff you should expect to get it in a couple of days... With PF you are expecting to get a custom made product, that takes time. That is just how it works.

I usually order betwee 15-20lbs of protein every time I place an order, I make a new order as soon as I'm down to my last 3lbs, I never skip a shake and always get my stuff in about 10 days. The key to it is not to wait until you are out to order some more. Always plan ahead.

Dude they have to mix the stuff based on your custom order... understand they prolly have 1000s of orders across the country... it is a 100% custom product...

Again... You are getting a custom made product, to your specifications. The ingredients you want, the amounts you want, as many pounds as you want. They have so many different proteins, Carbohydrates, Supplements you can put into a formula that the possibilities are endless. If you want a bottled formula with a pretty label then you can order it from 100+ different places on the net, I’m sure they will get it out to you in less than a week… If you want a custom made product, made to your specifications, then you will have to wait a couple of weeks.

I don’t really mind it since when My trunks come in they will look they way I wanted them to look. I’m going to feel like the best dressed Thai Boxer to ever step in the ring. If I wanted a pair of trunks designed by somebody else, now I could have just bought some at the Martial Arts store down the street. I wanted some custom shit that nobody else has ever or will ever put on... I have to wait.

In America, when you order a specialized product, you always get to inspect it before you pay..........that's just the way reputable companies work......You are not billed until the service is performed and/or the goods are received/sent..............in most cases....

no company would invest materials and time up front without some time of retainer/payment, unless you are an established customer... that is ridiculous...

companies that can resell their non-customized product can easily sell it to someone else and so would offer a money back guarantee... if you order some crazy concoction and then don't like it, I wouldn't offer you a refund either....

and it has been established many times they are reputable...

I'm not sure I agree with that. I have been in internet business most of my adult life and I have worked in a couple of call centers. When you phone in an order or place it via an internet shopping cart, your card is debited on the spot. There is way to much work involved in putting thru orders manually pending tracking numbers. Too many things can go wrong.

If a PF product is foul I'm sure they will replace it or issue a refund... They can't re-stock a custom formula, once it is returned it has to be thrown away.
