Protein Factory Supplements?

Cakalac

New member
I was thinking about ordering some product from them. Could someone give me some info on them. Are their products legit and how is the Anabolic MRP. That is what I was thinking of getting. I am trying to put on some real mass (5' 9" 130) and I wanted to get the best thing. Are they going to be any better than the powder that I can go buy at the local Health Nutrition store?

Thanks bigswole, have you ordered from them before and what is the better MPR from them. I see the CFM is got 90g of protein. Isn't that a lot to digest at one time? Which ones have you used or which do you like the best? You saw my stats so I nee bulk! Oh and by the way you are about 3hrs. from me. I am in SC

All of their products are great. I have used several. I would just make sure to use athe whey shake for post workout and a protein blend as an MRP. Also, that does not mean 90 grams per shake. Where do you live in S.C. ?

Cakalac, ok brother, I'm going to help you out here. You are 130 ibs, that tells me too things. One, either you do not know how to train and/or (most likely both) you know nothing about bodybuilding nutrition.
Brother, you need to start with the basics... food.
1) you need to cut out the junk food... the reason I know you eat crap is the fact the you probably think you eat alot, eat everything you can, and have a fast metabolism. You probably only eat when you are hungry, eat nutritionally void food and have an average or slightly higher than average metabolism. I you can only manage to choke down 2500-3000 cals a day and 2000 of that is junk food you are only getting 500-1000 cals of quality food a day. You need to make every bite count. Plus all of the processed sugar will reduce hgh production (limit sugar to post workout)
2) eat at least 6 times a day. If you go 3 hours without a meal... eat, even if you feel full still. Most guys who think they have a fast metabolism just don't eat shit because they are not hungry. They rarely eat that much food.
3)Meat, you need to be eating at least one ibs of meat every day, preferably beef.
4) milk, its a good source of easily drinkable quality calories, if you don't want that much saturated fat go for the 2%, but drink at least 2 glassas a day.
5) natural peanut butter, you can get it cheap, eat at least half a jar a day (bamn 1200-1300 calories right there, along with some extra protien, fiber and a lot of testosterone boosting monounsaturated fats)
6) low gi carbs, oatmeal and brown rice. Make sure you get alot of other or the other first thing in the morning and make sure you include such slower absorbing, nutrient dense carbs in at least every 2nd meal you eat (that means at least 3 meals a day fo them if you eat at least 6 meals)
7) veggies, you need to eat a lot of raw, or lightly steamed, veggies. That includes brocolli, romaine lettace, bell peppers, colliflour, carrots, etc. Get fresh stuff, not canned or frozen
8) a good multi vitamin
9) the only suppliment I recomend for a guy your size is fish oil tabs and maybe a little protien powder (any cheap whey and then just post workout) and glutamine.
10) right after you train you can have sugar and protien powder, and if you feel you must eat crap, eating within 30 minutes of finishing your workout.
11) go to the training board... you need to learn now to train and it would take me hours to write something up for you.
Enjoy.

Bodyby, I appreciate the help however the nutrition and training part of it I have. At one time 2 yrs ago I weighed 165 lbs. w/ 6% BF. I also was on heavy anabolics(D-bol,Sust,Test,Reforvit,Deca) Not all together but that is what I have taken. I moved and left my supplier so I had no way of getting AS. I don't eat junk food, as a matter of fact I hate sugar so that has never been a problem. I will say I don't eat enough though and I have to increase my food intake on a daily basis. I was just asking about the protien because I have never dealt with any online companies before and I wanted to get some opinions about the supplements the companies had. I think most of the stuff you buy is shit and don't live up to what it says that is why I was asking. Thanks for the help though, I can use some of the things no doubt. I should have given a little bit of my history so you did not have to assume that I had no experience. I looked damn good at one time I just let it go to shit. Again thanks for you help!

I order from Protein Factory everything except my post workout drink - I use their breakfast formula, anabolic MRP, and night protein - I find they are very good and have had no problems with them. I also use their hemp oil which is suppose to be better than flaxseed oil. For my post workout drink I take Recover X.

I agree with most of BBF's statement.

Even if you were 165 at one point, you're not now, and his advice is solid. You need to eat eat eat. Eat big - get big.

And not to sound offensive or anything, but if you're 5'9", 130, you truly dont have your training in order. A 5'9" person with average genetics could hit a natural 185 easily if they had a solid training program.

What is your training split like? (ie; how many times a week do you train & for how long? what body parts do you work on which days?)

Guys, I think you are being a little harsh. I'm assuming that if my man is 5'9 & 130, every pound he gains is probably well earned. Sounds like he did not hit the lottery when it comes to genetics.

Having said that, I do agree that food should be your #1 priority. Find out your daily caloric needs and go from there.

Regarding the Protein Factory, I purchase 10-20 pounds a month from them. No complaints. You can also check out www.proteincustomizer.com if you have not already.

Hey Mildot thanks for the defense there. BeefyBull, I am not training right now, I am just getting back into the swing of things. I have not trained in 2 yrs. I was 165 ( 10lbs. from d-bol water weight) training 6 days a wk. and eating everything in site. Granted the food I was eating was probably not what it needed to be. Not to mention taking AS (refer to post #6). So yeah right now my training is not in order. Thank all you guys for all your help but hell you are making me sound like I never seen a weight room before.
