When you cook your chickenbreasts and red meat and other thjings some of the protein will get destroyed at some temperature, I heard someone saying that the white thing sipping out from chicken and fish while cooking it is actually pure protein. Therefor I had to ask if you think much of the protein itself would get destroyed while heating the meat. Same thing with Whey and casein and cottage cheese. If you heat cottage cheese the whey will separate from the kasein, but will much of it get destroyed??
I hate the idea cooking 200g meat and when it's done some protein like 4/5 of the proteuin would be destroyed due too the heat. I always boil fish nowadays, also began boiling chickenbreast and meat and after that heating it quickly on the stove for the meat to get a better "colour and taste".
What do you say. Sorry for posting this here, but need an answear as soon as possible. Food time very soon, as always on EQ
