Ok guys...not to make everyone sick of my protein talk, but I finally decided to MIX soy and whey 1/2 and 1/2 for a total of 100gms that I drink in-between regular meals.
We'll see how it goes....I really seemed to respond well to the soy before.
But make sure you use soy isolate and not the regular soy. Also it would be far better if you added soy to the thriple threat. Then ALL your bases would be covered.
Fuck soy protien and I may be wrong.. but 100mg is a waste.. you can not digest all of it and would be wasting at least 20 grams.. and be a man and get your self some Optimum Whey Protien
