Protein Baffling Me...

WHY IS PROTEIN FACTORY.COM THE ONLY PLACE I CAN FIND CASEIN PROTEIN???? The more I read about different types of protein the more I am shying away from whey... I am currently taking whey twice a day.... After am cardio and after PM weights. throughout the rest of the day I use a cas/egg combo... Where else can I buy casein protein powder????

There are a few brands out there with a casein protein. Met-rx protein-plus for example. Basically anything with milk protein will work. Milk protein is a combination of casein and lactabumin proteins.

Skim milk and cottage cheese are good sources of casein protein.

My last order was a blend I wanted to have right before bed. I have been able to fit food meals in all day lately but would also use this daytime.

40% Micellar Casien
30% Milk Protein Isolate
20% Casienate
10% Glutamine Peptides
Sucralose
Chocolate flavor

It was sort of expensive, ill probably use a little less Micellar and glutamine next time but its been producing good results so far.
