Why are all the protein and meal replacement bars so high in saturated fats? As I do so much travelling, it would be perfect if I could down a bar and not have to worry about it. I don't care if it doesn't taste that great, as long as it gives the body what it needs.
What are some of the better, healthier bars out there? Why doesn't someone step up to the plate and make one that we can actually benefit from?
