hi everyone,

i don't know whether this is the right place for me to post this thread, so I hope i won't be flamed for it =D

I'm 170cm and weigh 60 kg

as you can see is that I need gain weight here..

I'm a total newbiew, been working out for quite some time now, but don't understand much in supplements..

anyways lately I have been told by the trainer that I needed to have intakes of protein & amino acid supplements

I just want to be make sure that what he's talkin about is true and harmless, because over here they talk out of so called experience, not intense knowledge or whatsoever

if any extra information is needed, please do ask me, as I don't like making wrong decisions and following wrong paths.

You are gonna need to come up with a diet......Most of your protein should come from food, and then you supplement the rest with shakes. But yes they are harmless. Post all your stats, Age, weight, bodyfat %, what your goals are, how you train and how often you train, ummm what you are currently eating etc......i am a newbie in this game, so im not gonna give you any advice that could be wrong......but if you go ahead and post all that info up now, you will get bombarded with great info from some respectable people/sources. Good luck with all this bro.
