Protein absorbtion while on AAS.

You often here that the human body can only absorb so many grams of protein at one time. I understand that while on AAS you can synthesise protein more efficiently, but is this the same as protein absorbtion? And if so, how many grams of protein per sitting can someone absorb while on cycle.

bottom line is if you are trying to bulk you need to eat more. if you are cutting you need to eat less. its not rocket science.

those bodybuilders you see that are 280 pounds of muscle are obviously on slin, GH and a bunch of other shit that a normal gym rat has no business being on

To answer the question, there's no way of knowing an exact number. But yes, you utilize more nitrogen when on steroids, which is what makes them "anabolic."

Using GEAR is as close to getting that anabolic advantage as you'll get without drugs.

Look, the reason for my question, which apparently you don't know the answer to, was not about whether or not you should eat more calories in order to gain weight. I think the answer to that is pretty obvious. My question pertains to the amount of protein your body can absorb at ONE TIME while taking AAS. I'm not actually looking for a specific number, I'm just curious if there is any sense in taking say 70 grams of protein at one time while on AAS. This would be pointless without AAS because your body would not be able to absorb that much protein at one time. Anyone that actually knows what they're talking about I'm all ears.

pretty sure the 50g protein ppl say the body can only absorb was a study on whey protein not food so as far as whey 50g is limit but as for food if u eat 50g food protein on top of ur 50g way ur body can use the 100g just not 100g of whey

You got an answer but apparently you didn't understand it.

Slow digesting vs fast digesting. By the time your whey digests your ow digesting protein ie chicken steak fish will not be broken down all the way Eat !

Pimping is easy
