it's about center between your bellybutton and your cock, so i don't think it is a prostate prob

if your on saw palmetto and it is extract potency...then probably its your natural test shutting down, causing a painful sensation down there. either one or the other. if it is persistant, it may be something worse and then you'd probably want to see a doc. prostate pain is more of a pinching feeling BTW in my experience.
