SawPalmanto, I think thats how its spelled but anyhow, If you try to pee it will take a few seconds( before you start) and/or you will pee very little, also you may have trouble taking a shit. I think you may have a problem with ejaculation but im not sure on that one>

Prostate Symptoms...

If your prostate is enlarged (also known as BPH) there are several symptoms that involve urination, such as:
a hesitant, interrupted, weak stream
urgency and leaking or dribbling
more frequent urination, especially at night

There is also a condition known as Prostatitis; you'll know if you have this... a constant pain, sometimes really bad. This is treated with antibiotics. There is a blood test called a PSA which will indicate if you have BPH. You may want to see a doctor.

Saw Palmetto, at least 640 mg per day really helps a lot.
Also, Olive LeafExtract, 200 mg or higher, reduces swelling.
