Proscar/Propecia and Doping Tests? Quest for Gurus

Does anyone know if using Finasteride (Proscar/propecia) could interfere with a doping test? Finasteride lovers the conversion from Testosterone to DHT but that does mean that you have more Test in your system? If so, could this result in a high Testosterone/Epitestosterone ratio causing a failure in a doping test (regardless of if one is using exogenous Testosterone or not)?
