I didn't train this last 3 weeks because of a vertebral injury..nothing very serious but my chiropractor told me to stop training for this time to let things go better.
He told me to rest a lot as I felt a little overtrained , so I did...
I was bulking (no AA's) and before I stopped I was almost 220lbs with 12%bf but since I stopped , I lost a few lbs and my bf went to 15% (not sure as I'm a little bloated cuz of christmas,new years,birthday meals... ) due to no activities/bad diet (which happens very rarely as I always have my diet under control)
I'm going to start juice in my bulking cycle at the beginning of february and wanted to know what you'd do as I find my bf% is too high...
My question is , as:

-I have a medium metabolism
-T3 & GH wil be in my next cycle (6 months GH T3 8 weeks on/8 weeks off)
- I tend to be oestrogenic fat prone but I'll also use femara 2.5ed in that cycle..

would you continue to bulk or would you cut until february and try to lose 2-3% bf ?
need your advices

I's bulk, your bf is not out of control so I wouldn't worry about it. Get back to your regular tight diet and combined withe the GH for 6 months your bf should come down at least 2-3 %.

I would lose the fat first. Now is the time. You should be leaner by February. I have to side with Nelson.
 
ok, I'll try a low carb diet+clen & T3 + getting the fork out of my face as Nelson said..
never had that problem before...
