I'm fairly new to the board and just want to say...
I have been a casual lifter for a little while but just really started hitting it hard and dieting right about 7,8 weeks ago and I am into it hardcore. I have found myself in the middle of the gym the last week or so feeling like a caged animal wanting to just rip the place apart (in a good way!). Anyway..this has only been possible because of this board. I have found more useful info here in the last month or so than I have in years. You guys give me a reason to hit it hard everyday and help me to feed the animal.
