Hello all,
I am new to the forum, only been lifting weights for a couple years. My whole life I have always been active in MMA and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and cardio sports such as running, etc. I have been working overseas for 6 years, and have kind of let myself go little. I have done two 4 weeks cycles of Chlorodrol 50 (4-chlorodehydromethylandrost-4-ene-3,17B-diol), between 1 -2 years ago. I am 35 Years old, 6”, 220 Lbs, and kind of soft in the midrange area as you can see in my pics below. Doing an injectable right now with my location in the world is out of the question. Ultimately I would like a little more mass, and muscle density, however I realize I should probably cut a little first before doing any serious Mass items.
I would like to get to 195lbs to 205lbs before making that journey back up. Some of the items I have on hand are Anavar (10mg X 200), Dbol (10mg x 100), Androl 50 (50ea) some Nolva and Arimidex. I was initially going to run some Test E and Dbol, but cannot worry about the sticks in my location. I can save the stronger orals for a later run.
Is an Anavar only stack for a beginner going to be sufficient to help with a healthy diet and cardio added to a weight training routine? I have read that a PCT with Anavar should not be needed, who has an idea on this? Is seven weeks with this Oral two long? I have also read on here of a Dbol/Anavar stack as a good option.

Week 1 30mg/day
Week 2 30mg/day
Week 3 40mg/day
Week 4 50mg/day
Week 5 50mg/day
Week 6 40mg/day
Week 7 30mg/day
Option 2
40mg a Day for 7 weeks straight.
