Proposed Run

Hello all,
I am new to the forum, only been lifting weights for a couple years. My whole life I have always been active in MMA and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and cardio sports such as running, etc. I have been working overseas for 6 years, and have kind of let myself go little. I have done two 4 weeks cycles of Chlorodrol 50 (4-chlorodehydromethylandrost-4-ene-3,17B-diol), between 1 -2 years ago. I am 35 Years old, 6”, 220 Lbs, and kind of soft in the midrange area as you can see in my pics below. Doing an injectable right now with my location in the world is out of the question. Ultimately I would like a little more mass, and muscle density, however I realize I should probably cut a little first before doing any serious Mass items.
I would like to get to 195lbs to 205lbs before making that journey back up. Some of the items I have on hand are Anavar (10mg X 200), Dbol (10mg x 100), Androl 50 (50ea) some Nolva and Arimidex. I was initially going to run some Test E and Dbol, but cannot worry about the sticks in my location. I can save the stronger orals for a later run.
Is an Anavar only stack for a beginner going to be sufficient to help with a healthy diet and cardio added to a weight training routine? I have read that a PCT with Anavar should not be needed, who has an idea on this? Is seven weeks with this Oral two long? I have also read on here of a Dbol/Anavar stack as a good option.

Proposed Run:
Week 1 30mg/day
Week 2 30mg/day
Week 3 40mg/day
Week 4 50mg/day
Week 5 50mg/day
Week 6 40mg/day
Week 7 30mg/day

Option 2
40mg a Day for 7 weeks straight.
 
my friend, you are a long way from ready to run any sort of cycle... first off... the worst part of your entire post is the fact you said you heard you didn't need a pct with anavar... that is absolutely horrible... you MUST run pct with any aas... that's the most important part of any cycle... secondly, you are wanting to lose a pretty good amount of weight and you are bringing up dbol and anadrol? these are about as far as you can get from something that will help to lose weight... third, your pics show you being way too high of body fat to be running any sort of cycle and lastly, you have no developed work ethic in the gym... you need to get in the gym for quite some time and develop a strong routine and get a diet locked in before you even consider running a cycle...
 
I appreciate the info, first off I stated I have read a PCT should not be needed. I have read this from several other forums. I have also read like you stated it is needed. From everything I have read Anavar can give you clean high quality gains and a strong hardening effect and is known as a cutting agent similar to Stanozolol. I am aware that most all steroids cause some form of testosterone suppression. This is why I have asked the question here. I have also been lifting weights regularly for over two years now. I was not aware you needed 10+ years of weight lifting to even start considering asking questions about steroids. I have been wrestling, boxing and doing BJJ for over 25 years. The strength and determination is there, I just let myself get a little out of shape the past 6 years on the dieting and cardio aspect (this is what happens when you work 12 hour days 7 days a week for 6 years straight sometimes).
I have been researching tons online and read the Anabolic E-book from front to back, this is the first time I have posted asking any questions. I thought I may have been ready to push forward. It is difficult to get solid quality information from other sources, the gentlemen I work out with now are complete cut monsters and I was looking for an additional opinion besides what they are telling me.

ive ran anavar so im well aware of what it does... noone ever said that you needed 10 years of lifting... the problem is that your training has got to be off or you would not have the body fat that you do... i am saying that you need to develop proper training and diet before you run any sort of cycle... you also have been misinformed about anavar... it can shut you down, it can hurt your libido, it can be toxic to your liver, bp and lipids... is it the harshest thing out there... not even close, but its still a steroid and can definitely have those side effects... its great to learn things and to ask questions and i am sorry if your not getting what you want to hear but i am giving you the best advice i can for your safety and so that you can start moving towards your goals...
 
I commend you for having the balls to put up pics, most guys come on here and claim to be the shit and they are too cowardly to put up pics.

but dylan is right.. you just don't need steroids right now and won't get anything out of them besides some temporary strength gains MAYBE which will be gone when you cycle off. need to build a strong routine and dial in your diet for another year or two minimum. i lifted for 13 years before i touched juice. and I was very muscular before juicing and had 9% body fat. gotta build a base first
 
Thanks Steve, I wanted to dot the I's and cross the T's before pushing forward. I am not too worried about how people perceive me with my pics. My wife is fine as hell and she is ok with me the way I am. At least that the lie she tells me. hahaha
