guys looking for some crits

1-12 weeks test e 400mg/week shooting every mon and thurs

taper test for 4 weeks at end of 12th week to stop sudden level drop

keep nolva on hand in case of side

run nolva at 40mgs/day during 4 week test taper then taper nolva down 40 - 30 - 20 - 10/day over 2-3 weeks

I dont want to take orals.

been lifting 4 yrs, made good progress but feel im at my natural max

diet and training are tight and very good

200lbs, 5' 8". consume btwn 350 - 400 grms protein/day approx 250 - 300 grms carbs and 80 grms fat (mostly good fats)

any suggestions would be appreciated - also you think i could experience as good gains from a smaller dosage of test as this is the first cycle?
 
bro being your first cycle just stick with 250mg a week of test for 10 weeks just to make it easier. 250mg a week is more than enough for a firstcycle as long as your diet and training is in check which you say it is. more is not always better. get clomid for your PCT which you will start 2 weeks after your last shot of test e at 50mg a day for 20-30 days. keep nolva on hand. you may want an AI like adex in case you bloat but at 250mg i doubt you will.

why do you suggest clomid rather than nolva for PCT

250mgs/week sounds good man - all things in check, you believe the gain of LBM would be the same as with 400mgs? or is this lower dose suggested to see how i get on?

also i was told an AI is only needed at high doses since at a low does the conversion of test to estrogen is lower (obviously) and you do need some estrogen to help maximise gains, you agree?

why not taper the test?
