This is a proposed cycle for a friend, who has never done a cycle, but I will be helping him throughout it. He has worked out for 4 years.
His stats are 6'0, 192lbs, with a caliper bf about 12-13%
Cycle- Goals are to gain solid/lean muscle with little fat.
Wk 1-8 400mg Test Enath.(Brovel)
Wk 1-4 20-25mg Dbol(Thai 5mgs)
Wk 4-11 400mg EQ(Tokkyko)
Wk 11-13 Clen
Clomid EOD 50mg During cycle
Clomid ED 50-100-50 3wks post cycle
Maybe T-3 at 25mcg daily(Not sure if needed or for how long) I know you should not stay on for more than 6 weeks.
Diet 3000Cals
400g Protein
150-g Carbs(complex)
100g Fat
Muscle milk which has high fat(Good fats) will make up much of the fat.
Any opinions/changes/suggestions are welcome.
