A buddy of mine has been on DNP for about 8 days, and is ready to close up his run in the next day or two. I've been trying to advise him on the proper way to "carb-up" after using DNP and so far, the general concensus I've read has been to wait 3 full days after your last cap, then consume 500g of carbs a day for 3 days, while keeping protein high and fat low (or as low as possible while trying to eat 500g of carbs in a day).
Can anyone expound on this and give me some more specifics to relay to my friend?
