Proper PCT

Usually at the end of my bulking cycle and when the last compund is out of my system I will start PCT usually about 2-3 weeks after my last tren injection. MY PCT consist of:

Wk #1-3 hcg 2500iu's every 5 days
Day # 1 Clomid 300mg every day
Day # 2-21 Clomid 100mg every day
Day # 22-30 Clomid 50mg every day
Day # 1-30 Nolvadex 40mg every day
Day # 1-30 Liquidex 1ml every day
Day # 1-30 Clen 100mcg every

This works perfect for me every thing gets back to normal I do not loose to much weight and strength stays about ythe same. the question I have to ask is about the Hcg administration. I read on the board that Hcg should not be used during PCT but for the last 2 weeks of you cycle 500iu to 1000iu's every do. Has any one heard of this.

The way you're running HCG is not a big problem. But you should run a S.E.R.M. (clomid or nolvadex) for 3 weeks after the HCG is done.

You didn't mention which ester tren you use but assuming it's acetate you could run the HCG the last 3 weeks of the cycle, then go right into your S.E.R.M. therapy. That way you'll be all done with PCT 4 weeks earlier.

If it's tren enanthate, run HCG the last week on cycle and then for 2 more weeks while the enanthate ester clears. This way you'll finnish 2 weeks earlier.

BTW, nolvadex is good to take with HCG since it helps prevent both gyno and leydig cell desensitization. There's no point in taking clomid until after the HCG is done.

HCG will recover the testes but it is suppressive to the hypothalamus and pituitary. That's why you need the S.E.R.M. for 3 weeks after the HCG.

Clomid and hcg should not be run together, because hcg mimics lh and therefore the effectiveness of clomid for hpta recovery will be compromised. Hcg should be run last few weeks up until pct, I personally run it throughout my cycles at 250iu eod!

Also, running nolvadex and A-dex together will reduces the effectiveness of A-dex. But it still helps.

If you can stand the daily injections go with 500IU/day for the last three weeks of the cycle. That way you minimize the chance of leydig cell desensitization.

Although I have done 1,000IU EOD without any trouble. As I mentioned, nolvadex will help prevent the leydig cell desensitization.

BTW, in my first post it should have stated that you would finish PCT 9 days sooner by using the HCG during the cycle. I must have had a major brain fart when I typed 4 weeks.
