Proper diet and pct?

I'm 6'3 and 230 and dropped around 60 pounds in the last 7 months or so.
I'm 31 and just started a susta cycle at 250 me every third day and liquiaromas every other day. How many calories should I be taking in to get max lean muscle without putting the fat back on? And also how long after my last injection should i start taking l-clom?
 
Find out what your metabolic rate is then I would just do a surplus of 500-1000 cals. Everybody is different so eat 500 over what you BMR is and if you are gaining too slowly up the cals, likewise if you are gaining too much fat drop the cals. Eat clean also and track totals. People will tell you a specific number over the internet but that is counter productive just based on height and weight. Experiment on your body yourself then later you gain the ability to cut or bulk based on previous knowledge.
