Propel water

Have any of you ladies tried this? It's a vitamin enhanced water. I tried it this morning and let me tell you I thought the sugar gods were dancing in my mouth. lol

It tastes good, but is very sweet, well at least I thought so and that may be because I haven't had anything sweet tasting in forever.

I think they add splenda to those waters. I'm not a big fan of Splenda. I prefer plain ol water and a multi-vitamin.

Well there's about 20 cal in a bottle, and they add sucrose, which splenda is made out of. They were handing them out at the gym this morning so I tried it, because I usually add a vitamin packet to my water when I train anyway, but this stuff was so sweet. And drink the rest of my water plain.

Damn, and I thought it was calorie free. Well I still love it.

I love Propel!!

Just have to watch -- there's about 3 servings in a bottle at 10 cals per serving....so, 1 bottle = 30 cals...

But, the flavors are YUMMY!!

yes, propel water is great!! I don't drink it as often as I used to but I still love it if I"m craving something fruity when I'm thirsty. I also like those lo-carb Monster energy drinks. Those are awesome!

I also love s/f tang and s/f countrytime lemonade Sometimes ya just need that fruity juice taste.
I have drank a ton of h20 today though (plain) the more i drink it the better it seems to taste!

I love the lemon propel but everything else is kinda iffy imo. Good stuff though.

I've been drinking Clear Choice. It comes in a whole mess of flavors, that actually taste good. 0 calotes, 0 fat, 0 sodium, 0 carbs, sugars and proteins. The ingredients look klike this: carbonated water, citric acid, natural flavor, potassium benzoate, potassium citrate, aspartame, and acesulfame potassium. This stuff tastes so good, I can only imagine it mixed with vodka.

Well, there's some argument back & forth saying that Splenda, etc are "poisonous" etc..... but from what I understand that whole thing was started by Big Sugar cuz they don't like the competition.
