using it for almost a year now..... and have not really been using any androgens

dustaride or more that 1mg finisteride will work better than propecia(1mg finisteride/day) but it will kill sexdrive and it sucks and not worth it, just use the 1mg/day and keep the hair that you can..but hair ain't worth making life suck! the only thing hair is good for is attracting chicks in the 1st place so what good is it if ou don't wanna fuck?

Some guys experience some shedding when first taking propecia (although this is fairly rare) which is perfectly normal. But if you are still shedding after a year, you might need something else to compliment the propecia.

Try topical spiro 5% and minoxidil (remoxIV) to stack with the propecia.

Try that for a month or so and see how it goes.

propecia is meant to stop hair loss. If you are still experiencing hair loss, you may try those other options. I hate to say it but you are probably fighting a losing battle. I have used propecia and it didnt do too much, I didnt seem to lose anymore hair but didnt regrow any either. I stopped it simply because I didnt see any effect. I didnt have the killed sex drive that some have had. The dura is stronger and cuts the dht down to about nothing from what I read but I did hear the sex drive can suffer more on that. Nioxin is something I use everyday. I like it although I really dont know if it is helping me keep my hair or not. It is a bit expensive but try ebay, it is a lot cheaper on there than at "all fine salons" and see if that helps. I met a guy that works for nioxin and he says they guarantee it to stop hair loss if you use the cleanser and the second step. He was a bit thin on top so take that for what it is worth.
