Propecia and Masteron

Can propecia help to prevent hair loss form oral masteron? I know it does not work with some drugs such as primo (or so I have heard.) If it does help, should it be taken during or after the cycle, or both?

propecia works with test because it prevents the conversion of test to DHT, which is what binds to the scalp and prostate receptors and does bad stuff.

Masteron and Winstrol are DHT derivatives. While they by nature can't convert back to DHT, they can still bind to the scalp receptors and speed hairloss.

What you need is a topical androgen blocker. This will lessen the binding of hair-loss causing androgens in the scalp.

BTW I don't even use proscar when on test... I just don't get as much out of the test when I have used proscar with it.

Propecia inhibits an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase. This enzyme is responsible for converting testosterone into DHT, which is more potent and effects hairloss. The conversion from testosterone to DHT involves the attaching of a hydrogen atom at the 5-alpha position of the molecule. Masteron already has a hydrogen at the 5-alpha position. That is why propecia will not work.

I know this is an old threat but I had a question - can you use ROGAINE while on masteron?
