prop shots hurt bad
how do you guys do shots ed? quad shot yesterday is killing me. any ideas to reduce pain?

Add .5 cc's of steralized sesamee or sunflower oil, works great!

What type of prop are you using?

Prop usually stings for me the first week or so, but as soon as I hit the same injection site at least twice around then I am pretty much used to the sting and look forward to every inject.

You could also add a some EQ to ease the pain.

Im using Brovel T-50 prop right now and now pain at all. I use a heating pad after every injection for an hour or so

I used qv and it hurt like hell. I could barely sit for a few days after rotating glute shots. The pain subsided after about 2 weeks. Make sure you are taking your time injecting so the oil gets a chance to spread. I also found stretching out the area helped as well. I never tried b-12 but I hear it works well
