prop/enathate mixed cycle please help

hey guys. im 170cm 185 pounds. and i have just got 70 mls of prop/ethanate mixed 50/50... i know it sounds wierd but it was all i could get. the prop 100mg/ml and enanthate 200mg/ml so together its 150mg/ml with seperate release times.

i was wondering if i could have any suggestions with this cycle. its my 1st and was thinking of doing 35 ml and save the rest for another course. 1ml 3 times a week for 12 weeks.

also for pct i have 60 20mg nolvadex tablets (again all i can get)and about 500gm of tribulus, which i was thinking 2 weeks after last shot 20mg a day for 3 or 4 weeks and 5grams tribulus a day for 6-8

anything that use would change or suggest let me please let me know :)

I see you posted your cycle history/height/weight/ and you're planning a reasonable test dosage (450mg ew). Good start!

Post up: your diet,stats(AGE/bf%). and a bit about your lifting routine so people can better assist you.

ok im 22 my b/f is about 13%
lookin at start a diet with around 3000 calories.
my workout is 2 full body/1 superset to fail

Monday: Squats, dips, bent over rows, crunches

Thursday: Deadlifts, Bench, close grip pulldowns, calf raises

I'd really look into a proper workout routine than that crap you have posted above. Look in the weight training threads and read the sticky's. Focus on your compound lifts and look for 10-12 reps at like 5 sets?

Eat food like the US just dropped food from a b-52 bomber baby!
 
Yeah, how long have you been working out seriously? Your only 22 and I know you don't want to hear it but if you waited and just hit the weights hard for the next year or so with a squared away diet, dedicated weight routine, and solid supplement plan and then did your cycle you would be much happier imo. also 3,000 cals when your "on" is too low. stuff your face, but eat clean of course
 
Arms? Hamstrings? Shoulders?....etc. The last few posts have really hit the nail on the head. Is there a reason you are only working out the two days? What kind of set and rep ranges are you using.
 
well that was my usual workout all compound movements 8-10 to fail.. work pretty well so far.

thats y i was going to keep it or switch 2 the mentzer routine but mon, thursday. the reason i only do it twice a week is because of mentzers routine were he says ur actually over training doing it everyday... if use are interested the link to his seminar is

The Routine:
Day 1 Chest and Back
DB flyes supersetted with flat or incline DB press
DB pullovers supersetted with reverse grip barbell rows
Deadlifts
Day 5 Legs
Leg Extensions supersetted with Squats
Calf raises
Day 9 Delts and Arms
DB side raises
DB rear delt laterals
Barbell Curls
Lying French Press supersetted with Dips
Day 13 Legs
Same exercises as Day 5, Legs
Day 17
Repeat cycle, beginning with Day 1, Chest and Back ,


Any opinions or suggestions for other work outs??? i started the stuff yesterday also btw so too late 2 turn back now :)
 
If it's working for you then that's great but don't be afraid to try other routines also and is always a good idea to switch up to something different every now and then to avoid getting stuck in a rut.
 
thanks if nobody has any suggestions ill stick with that and let u know my results at the end... i figured im not takin hug doses of the stuff either anyway...
 
also was thinkin when it starts work maybe i will just take it all so ill get instead of 450mg a week test 900mg and may be able 2 extend it 4 a week... sounds alot better 2 me lol
