Hello Gang

Just got a tub of ProLab NLarge2

This stuff looks awsome, and i cant wait to guzzel down a shake tonight after my Workout.

Cals Per serving : 600
Protien : 52g
Carbs : 86g
Fat: 6g

Anyone tryed this stuff with sucsess well on a cycle (Dbol/Sust)

I am thinking about taking 1 serving in the morning and 1 at night, givning me an extra 1200Kcal, 104g Protien, 172g Carbs a day ?

Any info/reports on this stuff would be cool

Thanks

so thats basically a ratio of 35% of protein. Not a lot. Also mixing 154 g with 500 ml sounds wierd to me. I usually mix a maximum of 40 g per 250 ml. Tastes better :)

I used it quite successfully in my last cycle as a post workout drink. My gal (on this board as well) did the same, we both reduced BF and increased mass by 19# and 12# respectively on 12 week cycles.

I tried NLarge2 once. Tasted like wet cardboard, and didn't agree with me at all. I stick with Optimum or Protein Factory, personally.

I am going to try that nlarge2 this time around. I always go with optimum whey, but I need a weight gainer so I can get those extra calories. Most of the weight gainers are very high in sugar, do u guys know some other good weight gainers? Thanks

I like Optimum PowerMass 1000. Mixes well, and has a good taste. Not sure how much sugar's in it tho.

I've also got some of Protein Factory's mass forumla, but I've only tried it once. It doesn't mix as well or taste as good, but I'd guess it's better quality.

What are the nutrition values on that optimum powermass?

Here you go...it is a lot of sugar, 63g, but when I'm bulking, I'm not so concerned about that.

I have a tub of it now. Me and a budyd got a few of them before our cycle. Both work well, but we have decided the Vanilla tastes 100 times better than the chocolate. Just letting you know.

the best source of calories to suport muscle gains and not fat gains would be to use one of the low cal/high protein shakes and add some oats to it when you make your shake, this will give you the calories you need with out the added junk, or better yet you can buy the protien powders, oats, and make your own. You can use spenda and fruit to make it taste better.- Superfrk
