M MaxBiceps New member Jun 17, 2001 #6 1 teaspoon can be anywhere from 4-7 grams. 5 is the average. You can buy a gram scale (I use one) for your glutamine/creatine. They're about $100 for a decent one. If you buy one make sure it weighs by the tenth of a gram increments. Late.
