When taking prohormones,if they say take 1 in the morning and 1 before workout but my workout is in the morning right after breakfast should i take one at 6am when i wake up and then 1 or 2 at 8am just before workout?? or should i space them out like take 1 at 8am and the others in the evening? thanks
