I have a weight training question when it comes to prioritizing either Progressive overload or prioritizing recovery. When it comes to building a strong physique, how do you know when to push yourself and when to take a break, I’ll give you an example. Last week, I worked out three straight days and felt really good. Then I took 1 day off and then the second day I tried to go back and work out and I was still sore and I was not feeling very energetic.
