Progressive Laboratories, USA Test

I need some feedback Please!
Anyone used this stuff?
Is this stuff really 400mg/ml,--- should I expect normal sides?
I never heard of Progesive labs, I'm assuming it's an underground US lab?
Any feedback would be greatly apreciated!!!
