Progression, hell yeah....

Started to lift like an animal again, and amn it feels good, nothing like scaring everyone at your gym, because of the intensity!!!! All lifts have gone up and I figure if I keep progressing then I'll be a fuckin monster by the end of feb.
I wondering does anyone here lift just to maintain their physique, I just don't understand this principle (unless you play a sport, or compete)
 
After ten weeks of dieting and cardio, a month or so of maintenance is an answer to prayer my friend.
