first week on.
chest back arms
flat pullups preechers

160x8 tris pushdowns, with a belt pulley not a cable

These are not all my exercises, just some examples. I am taking 400mgeq/weekly and 500mg enan weekly. This is the start of week 6. I am really starting to see some progress with my body more tone and hard looking. I have lost 2 lbs, and i really have my deit in check. Low carbs high protein. 175-200+ grams a day. I am losing fat as well. But I am really not feeling the strength. I feel more puch when lifting but the strength is not there. Or do you guys think this is good progress for the cycle I am on? I am happy with the way I am begining to look and feel, but not the strength. I am 5'10 207 13%bf 22 years old. Good gains? Good it be the lack of carbs?
