for lean gains id go with primo.
although deca/test is a lethal cant go wrong combination and cheap too!

i know u dont like goin over 9% ... try and stay at that bf% and see if u can add at least a few lbs.

id go with the ez test / deca .. save some money and do a good cutting cycle in the spring!! I like prop if you can stand the injections eod!

I am thinking about deca/test for ten weeks starting in December. I used slin last time and just got fat as hell. I would like to stay lean though. My lats are really lagging right now. My bicep tendon has healed so I am hitting more and more wide grip pull ups. My delts are coming along finally too.
Legs will always be a concern. They are coming along slowly but surely.
The only things I am debating are:
-should I frontload with dbol? If so, how much?
-how much test? never gone over 500mgs.
-how much deca? I got more out of 400mgs then I have 600mgs..
 
sure, front load with dbol for 4 weeks.. maybe u can try out 750mgs test.. and keep deca 4-500 mgs. sounds pretty decent

I was thinking along those lines. I still grow nicely off 500mgs due to my diet. 750 would be 1.5x the most I have ever done!

Go 750 Test, 600 deca and front load dbols @50mg ed for 4 weeks and stretch your 10 weeks to 12... ;)

500mg test/week
30mg dbol week 1-5 or 6

.5mg adex eod-ed
HCG midcycle

i would take the test down to 600mg/week and the deca up to 500mg/week, as the optimal dose for deca is 2mg per pound of bodyweight.

30mg of dbol a day should be plenty; you will get a synergistic effect from the three... smaller doses can be used.

the last time i did deca/dbol/test i started out at about your height and weight (6'3" 240). i did 500mg test, 500mg deca, and 30mg dbol a day. i gained 25 pounds in the first 3 weeks, most of it water. i would consider an anclillary if you are trying to fly under the radar; the effects of this cycle will be drastic and VERY noticeable.

i won't do it any more becuase it turns my head into a pumpkin lol

you could substitute the deca for EQ and dbol for tbol; that would greatly reduce water retention.
 
What about running 2-4iu's of growth a day? That will keep you lean and allow you to eat more without putting on extra BF while your bring up those lagging bodyparts.

i never ran more than 500mg test either, and i dont even use test anymore.
i also got more from deca at 300-400mg than at 600mg...

dude, hit up some deca/eq
600mg eq and 400mg deca

I hear you on that I'm already up to 260 at week 4 and dropped dbol after 3 cuz my Test/deca had obviously kicked in for me so i didn't need the bols any more...As for your dosages, its up to you, me- i wanna blow up and don't care if people accuse me of jiucing, if you're concerned then keep your dosages the same i guess, I just know thta youre freaking lean as hell and could easily get up to 260 at that bfat too.

I'm going to have to have a talk with the new gf and see what she thinks about me hopping on. She said she wouldn't mind if I was bigger. I like this one a lot so I will keep her in the loop.
She is such sick shape I realized that it makes me feel like I'm fat! No joke. I even started cardio this week. I never do that shit.
I wouldn't mind getting back to 250 but this time being at 7% or below.
We'll see what she says!
 
my back gets huge when i do heavy deadlifts,
my shoulders start to grow when i superset upright rows w/everything
and my legs only get big if you LIFT A SHITLOAD~~!!!!SQUAT LEG PRESS, HACKSQUAT
size comes from the basic stuff so stick to it HARD and HEAVY, that is w/o hurting yourself,

I'm working on it. I have Degenerative Disk Disease in my bottom to disks. They are almost gone. My specialist went out of his way to say no squats, shoulder presses etc. I am doing them now. Just real carefully. Shoulder presses I am working up to the 90's. Strict form too.
Here is the funny thing. For squats I never go above 185 because I lose my form. I go all the way to the floor. You know what. My quads are growing like you wouldn't believe. I'm finding its how low you go not how heavy you go.
I'm still working on deads. Thats real tricky for me with my back. I bite my pride and use 135 and 185 right now. I am teaching my back the movement all over again.
I have the rest of my life to get where I want. So I am taking it slowly this time. I have had a ton of injuries so I am very cautious.
