I had wasted away from illness and other factors from 180 5'10" in my 20s to 140 lbs a year ago. With natural BB I build myself up to 155 lbs 4%BF in about a year. This was four weeks ago, when I began a cycle for health (only did some 1-2 in college 15 yrs ago). Sust 500/wk and primo 200/wk. That's all, post recovery nolva, hcg planned. 4wks now. No sides, no acne, gyno, water, etc. no adjunct meds required either
which makes me very happy. (The sust are the redijets and primo scherring). Nothing much first two weeks, BUT ... last two . .. 170 today, 5%BF just a very slight layer of fat and water on my sides. Bench from SRM 150 (yes, that's right) to 225
)) sqaut numbers about same (full squats for me !) . I also notice I work out with more precision, and the workouts are growing longer and more fantastic. I think I am having such phenomenal growth because of my emaciated condition to start. I am a vegetarian (necessary for my return to health about 10% fat in past), but I have increased my fat to 20% deliberately, and am taking in an extra 40g of protein a day with MLO sports nutrition super high protein powder (bought at my veggie grocery) mixed with skim milk, bannana, plum, and hershey's green chocolate HULK syrup (ha ha the magic touch I'm sure). Needless, to say I am very, very pleased. I had originally, planned 8 wks, but with the delayed onset of effect and accumulating gains I think I will go for 10-12 instead.
