does anyone know how to lower progesterone? got bloods back, prolactin and estrogen is fine, progesterone was just above the high end of the scale (4.5/range < 4.1)

heard winny can, but has anyone got bloods to back this claim?? is there anything else ???

You are going to want to use an anti-prolactin drug like cabergoline or prami. I would pick caber of the two. It generally causes less side effects in most users. 0.25mg EOD is a good dosage.

yeh ive started dosing caber at 0.5mg twice a week, just read a heap of stuff that caber doesnt lower progesterone; only prolactin....

not sure what to believe ?

Hey mate not really in panic mode, just really curious on progesterone

I was using letro 1/4 of a 2.5 tab every 2 days then lowered it to e4d ... Was getting itchy nipples and thought it was high estro, so yeh that dose letro e2d, and started on caber because I swear my nip leaked a bit (definetly not much, just a particle looking thing, only happened once) ... So I got bloods saw prog was elevated - everything else was in expected range , prolactin was low ... But yeah the prog has me stumped

I use letro because i swear Adex doesn't work for me , or I can never dial it in ... Letro always seems to work , i might aromatise quicker than others , few friends follow the same formula and it also works for them

also some have said that my prog isn't high enough to worry and that Deca and tren can raise it for some, still I would like to lower it a bit for trial and error sake

Was also using 20mg nolva to combat gyno from years before ... Which worked, no lump anymore ,, just puffy

in the future use aromasin from day 1.

I bet your letro is underdosed or you just didn't properly use an AI on cycle

you probably dodged a bullet on this one. but next time get legit aromasin .. ag-guys sells real aromasin

Use arimidex or aromasin for estrogen
Cabergoline for prolactin
