Progesterone related gyno....................

I know this has been covered before but I couldnt find the info I need so here is my question, Im on tren at 75mgs ed and im gettin a good case of gyno. Ive got some knots under both nips. Im takin 120mgs of nolva ed and it isnt stoping it so Im sure its progesterone related. Ive got some bromo on the way but Im not sure how to dose it. My question is what is a good dose for bromo and for how long? Is there also a maintance dose after you have it under control? And the big one, Is there anything I can do to shrink the tissue under my nipps other than surgery?

Ive been doing alot of research about progesterone (because im about to hop on 8 weeks of deca) on this site ive posted threads and researched through several and it seems the only thing I have found is dostinex, it is supposed to combat the sides from tren and deca (prolactin and progesterone), hopefully a vet or mod jumps on this thread with some concrete answers.

I know use Dostinex during deca / tren cycles, and will never cycle without it again. You only need .5mg e3d or so and it works like a champ.

Never used bromo, but according to a friend it's better. Cabaser is another name for dostinex, a little cheaper.

Knots? Not sure what you're referring to there, but drink lots of water and avoid salty foods.

I got some puffy nips to man, i have a buddy that did .5 mg Adex and 40mg Ndex for about 3 weeks, it cleared him up and thats what im trying now. I dont have the knots?
