problems with liquid provider?

Anyone have problems with a particular research company lately??? I'll obvioulsy refrain from saying the name but i havent had any contact from them(they claim they've had e-mail probs) or shipping confirmation and they wont answer my e-mails. Wanted to know if anyone else was having this problem.

Please contact a moderator about this... We can look into this if there is indeed a problem.

I hope that your independant research for whatever Non-human use you are using the chemicals for isn't hampered too much... as these products are for research purposes only.
