Problems with eating....

I have trouble gettin my 6 meals a day because i am constantly on the go, and work alot too, what are some high calorie foods that i can eat on the go, and not mess up my diet to much? Any ideas on some quick meals that will give me some calories to boost my intake??????
 
MRPs are a good thing, buy them and carry them around in your car or whatever, so if u cant make a full meal, eat a protein bar and drink a carb/protein shake
 
If you can actually manage to eat enough at each sitting, having 4 large meals instead of 6 medium ones is a perfectly viable choice.

Yeah thats what i have been doin, usually a shake or a bar and some kind of fruit and or vege, and some yogurts have like 250 cals in them, so i eat one of those, kinda feel gay when i do....But thanks for the advice........
 
Jesus... this reminds me... my wife was so dedicated to her eating that she used to pack her meals in a kid's lunch box every morning so that she could eat every three hours on the hour.

Eating takes planning.
 
well im not really on the go, i always have time to come home and eat, but id have to agree that bars and shakes work really well. Thats my plan for next semester in college when i only have 3 meals a day. throw in a bar and shake in between.
