if your metabolism can handle the all you can eat diet, go for it.

if you can do that diet, load the protein and eat. if not, try the healthier root.
the mixing the carbs and fats, imo, you can mix efa's and olive oil with sweet pot., oats, brown rice. i avoid mixing high sugar carbs and fats, i should have made a point to explain that.
if you can eat as much as possible, tons of protein and healthy fats and carbs mixed with some cheat foods to get the caloric number up.
