Problem!

I have to be at work in a little over 6hrs. My upstairs neighbor punks have got the music cranked up, I can hear them yelling, and they are stomping/banging on the floor(my ceiling). This is not the first time I or my roomies have had a problem with them.

They are a bunch of little pussies. I've gone up there calmly a few times and knocked on the door, no answer. Two of the times I went up there and about bashed their door in they wouldn't answer the door. Then when they knew I was back inside they proceeded to jump up and down on purpose.

Now the question is should I just let it go tonight, go up there and just open the door and start yelling at them til they come outside and start beating the shit out of them, or should I just call the front office?

Yeah, I am sure the police have nothing better to do...not like robery or shootings and the like...
 
I've thought about it, but then I think of the ramifications. I found out after the fact that one night they stood on their porch and egged my car and two of my roomates cars. One of the roomates saw then and told them to go and clean the shit up. Before I knew what had happened one of the dudes from upstairs came down and apologized to me. He said they were drunk and were trying to hit the other building, which just happened to be where my car was parked, and accidentally hit my car. I was like OK its cool and left it at that. Then when I told my roomates about it they told me the truth and said that all the guys up stairs begged my roomates not to tell me what had happened.

I'm glad I didn't know the truth when the fucker told me that shit. Its like a catch 22, if I say something or call anyone I'm probably going to get fucked some other way and they are going to damage my car.
 
Viper sounds like a good time to have a gun cleaning accident through the ceiling.

Or call the manager, then the cops.

If all else fails mount a speaker on the ceiling turn up all the way about 6am then go to work.
 
Put on some twangy country muzik & crank it to drown out their stuff.

Oh wait. Duuuuude. Look up some skanky escort service & order one ho' to go and send her (or herhim) to their door for some bi'ness.

And so why allow any to get away with it? Just call the police? What ramifications? If they push, then take a camera and record it. Then send that to the police and see how they like to be pushed.

This isn't HS anymore.

Your other option is to beat the crap out of them, but what does that get you? Jail time.

My town is too small and too southern catholic church ville that they'd never allow it. I wish I could though.
 
I had a neighbor like that. i knocked on the door and no answer. So I typed a note and took my staple gun upstairs and nailed it to their door. The problem was over.
 
If you leave now & get to work 4 hrs early, can u leave 4 hrs early tomorrow?



Then I'd throw a dead rat or seomthing in the neighbor's window.

True, but its just more shit i've got to deal with. They are just a bunch of spoiled litte fucks and are out of mommy and daddys house for the first time. Somebody has got to teach them a lesson. I'll wait until its a school holiday and all my roomates are back. Then we'll all get togethor and blast music at 4am.

What is even better is that my roomates went to school with a few of them.

But that isn't a lesson. Just go up and talk to them. If they persist, then call the police. The police have an amazing way of teaching lessons.

Wish I could, but the freight has to be recieved by someone. I think though one day I'm going to climb up on their balcony when they are not home and put dead fish everywhere. Only thing is they are on the 3rd floor. I've climed up to our pourch before so I know I could do it, just don't want to attract a lot of attention.

From previous encounters talking to them just makes it worse. The only thing I'll do tonight if pushed is call the cops and the dinky security they have here so it goes on record again that there has been a complaint against them.

Then have it go on their record again and again. If the security team does nothing, then complain to building management and then to their board.

It will eventually get resolved.
 
Do you live in an apt complex? HOw about an anonymous call to the Super or the front desk or whoever runs the place?

Well I like to listen to some gangsta rap. I'll pass on the party, I think it is just a big sausage fest up there. Plus I don't like any of them.

I wish I had their numbers. I'd get a video camera and video tape them and then send it to their parents. 2 or 3 of the 4 have parents that are very well off. I bet mommy and daddy would be very upset of how their little gentlemen were behaving!
 
Screw the parents. Just get the video cam & put the file on a gay site w/ their address and "For a good time cum visit".
 
Fuck it I think I'm just going to call the cops over and have them hang out in my living room for about 5 minutes before they go upstairs.
 
I feel ya bro, I used to live below a couple of loud, obnoxious, threatening druggies. I may have been able to take one of them but they were always together and usually 3 or 4 of them. I politely ask them to chill several times. Then when I complained to the apt. mgr. I came out the next Monday to find my tires slashed.

The solution?

Over Whelming Show of Force !

I met the two of them about 2am one morning in the stair well with seven (yeah 7) of my homies from the gym. They realized this was not going to be any fight, this was going to be a beating. So once again, I “politely” ask them to keep the noise down and be good neighbors. This time it sank in, in fact they were apologetic and polite. Then every time I saw them after that I acted like a total roid rage lunatic, head twitches and all.

They Moved.

I'm really only worried about one of them being a challenge. I think I could take on 2-3 of them with no problem. I wouldn't mind taking some halo prior though, just for some more anger!

Everytime we've nicely asked hey can you turn it down, it goes in one ear and in the other and by the time we get back into the apt. It goes right back up to prior levels or worse. Then the insistent heavy walking and jumping just sets me over the edge.

I once couldn't hear myself think they were fucking wrestling in their living room. I just fucking took off and flew upstairs. I put a dent in their door hitting it so hard. When they came to the door they were breathing hard and I fucking let them have it. Then the son of a bitch started yelling at me, its only 6:30 (pm) its not even late yet. I almost started swinging at him at that time. They have absolutely no respect.

A one-on-one fight over some chick is one thing.

This was not about who could kick who’s ass, a fight would only create a prolonged war with egg throwing and tire slashing bullshite.

This was about a show of over whelming force and total domination. Kicking someone’s ass who knows where you park your car at night is not wise. But letting them know they will deal with a gang of gym rats, …that’s intimidation! :-)
