I am currently on a cycle of Dbol/sust/deca.. i am making pretty decent progress for only 2 weeks... my strength is going up from the dbol... here is where the problem is .. now that my strength is going up, I am lifting more weight than my (small) joint can handle.. I think. This is more so in my wrists.. they are small.. and now that I am lifting more... my wrists are killing me.. dont say use deca... i am allready..and i got straps now.. they help a little during the workout.. but afterwards... the pain is killing me... any suggestions?

Train your wrist and forearms more than usual. Do plenty of wrist curls and hammer curls. I have had the same problem and this helped.

Thanx.. I will give that a try... but let me tell you just how bad this is.. It kills me to stick my hand in the inside pocket of my jacket(4example).. its getting pretty bad... was your's this bad?

You may have damaged something if the pain is that bad. May even have to take it easy for a while. But if you're like most people including myself that isn't an option. I didn't have that much pain. My problem was that my wrists were small and weak. I was doing incline presses one day with 90# dumbells and my left wrist just gave out and I dropped the dumbell right on my chest(OUCH)!

Yea.. i cant really take it too easy.. i am a pro wrestler... and got to be on top of my game... its not just my wrists though.. also my knees and back..(which is more form the dbol i suppose)...anyone else with some suggestions?:(

I don't know if this is helpful for the more serious problems, but I have had tendonitis in my elbow for about two months and haven't been able to do heavy tricep work in a while. I started taking triple strength Osteo Bi-Flex and my tendon feels new again.
