problem with diet pleas help mr.x

its been a week today i started the diet and lost 13 pounds from 200 down to 187! thats good i lost alot of weight off my stomach but not were i want it to be yet..im running my diet as planned perfect everyday..but i lost alot of size in my arms..and alittle in my forearms and shoulders and traps..will some weight some back?
im running winny for 6 weeks with winny for 6 weeks..i only started the fina 2 days ago tho should i start puting on some lean mass when the fina kicks in?how long till u start feeling strength gains from when and also size gains? and when do u see results from winny thanks alot man
 
losing 13 pounds in a week = mostly water

you can't lose that much fat in just a week

Ok, you started "THE DIET" should I assume that's a Ketonic diet; yes, I will do that.

The drop in weight is MOSTLY (if not all) water, the loss of size is due to again, water loss and loss of muscle glycogen and creatine.

If you are running a Ketonic diet, you probably will see very minimal if any strenght gains. If you are running any other diet, and you are experiencing the prolems you've listen than you are 1)taking in too little calores 2)not taking in enough carbs

my diet is...
7:00-protein shake with half cup skim milk and half cup cottage cheese

11:15- 2 8 oz boneless chicken,98 percent lean meat or tuna with 1 tbsp flax seed oil

2:45-protein shake with 2 eggwhites and 1 tbsp. all natty pb.

4:45-protein shake with honey(after workout)

6:30-2 8 oz chicken or beef tenderloin or tuna cans with alittle salad with some lowfat ranch dressing

8:30-6 egg whites and 1 egg yolk with 1 tbsp flaxseed oil,psyllium fiber and 1 tbsp all natty pb..

am i doin something wrong get back to me..should my weight go up when the fina starts to kick in? thanks again!

1 cup oatmeal, 40g protein, 5g Psyllium husk fiber

11:15- 2 8 oz boneless chicken,98 percent lean meat or tuna with 1 tbsp flax seed oil

2:45-protein shake with 2 eggwhites and 1 tbsp. all natty pb.
40gprotein, 1 tbsp. all natural pb..(drop the eggs)

4:45-protein shake with honey(after workout)

too much fats in one meal...you have the FLAX and PB going, pick one or the other...I recommend flax

you're not eating enough or you're eating too much, I can't tell because I do not know the portions....
no one can tell you if your weight will go up or not, fina is NOT magic, for if your diet is not right nothing will help you. On a side note, it doesn't really matter what your weight is, look at your LBM vs. BF%
