Being the idiot I am I bought a cheap 500g container of micronized creatine and it didn't come with a scoop. I read the label very quickly and I thought it said the dose was a tablespoon, when in fact it turns out it was a a teasppoon. I stared loading 4 tablespoons a day for 2.5 days which is something like over 100g in 2.5 days. I realize I wasted a bunch of money, but now I am not sure if I need to continue loading at the correct amount of 1 teaspoon or are my muscles already way over saturated and I should just take 5g a day for 6-8 weeks?
