Hey Gurus,
A big part of my diet as far as carbs go recently has been Black Beans in a can.
Ingredients: Water, Black Beans, Contains less than 2% of: Salt, Onion Powder, Olive Oil, Garlic Powder and Spice.
Other than sodium which I know a lot of people here worry about, does anyone else have any problems with those ingredients?
Thank you, God Bless, and no, this is not a K thread. I actually DO eat black beans. I wonder if I had started a thread about Red Beans if everyone would've started giving each other a bunch of Red K, hah. Course, that would probably get locked too, eh SSS?
