probation

anyone here been on probation. i caught a case last winter and there gettin me for it now, im expected to be on probation, anybody have any experiences overall or with gear and probation at the end of november. anything is helpful as i really dont know what to expect. do they test for gear?

From my experience bro, ya don't have to worry about being tested for gear unless perhaps you're case is for gear. Usually they test for marijuana, cocaine, meth, opiates, and barbituates.

What outkast23 said. If your bust is for gear they will test if not I would not worry. part depends on your probation officer. testing for gear is expensive they don't want to waste the money. They want you to make all meetings, stay employed, pay fines and make their life easier. I would still consider staying clean till done. you have 1-2 years?

hey bro i know what ur going thru i did a post here a while back on me getting busted, i was already on probation as i am at this very moment for the next 2 years i will be. any way i was cought while on probation for felony assult and i was now cought with very large amounts of gear, luck for me it was lost in evidence so i got another year probation added on to what i already had it has been a few months now since my i start me my new probation and i have not yet been tested once for gear even though that is what i was cought with. i get tested for everything else though but i gotta tell ya last month he told me i test positive for herion and said he had to send it to the lab i think he did it that way to further test it and see if i have any gear in me but who's know but i know i do not have any herion in me or any other drugs.... i have been gear free for 3 months now and will stay clean for the rest of my probation..... hope this helps if u need help with anything else send me an email i would be more then glad to help...

P.S. If any of you have heard some cops herein new york where i am from where cought using and selling gear and guess what they just may be the same ones that got me,lol now i know how it was lost in evidence.....

Craig Titus got 3 years in prison for testing positive while on probation. He is NOT the only person to get sent to the can for juicing on probation. It's happened several times since his case.

This is a time to not be stupid. You need to stay off juice till you are off of probation.

the only way they will test you for juice is if your introuble for gear. or they suspect you of doing it. Testing for gear is not normal but do all of the sudden get huge on your po or you will get tested.

thanks sofageorge, thats what I figured. im on probation b/c i caught a felonious assault case. so there was no gear involved but. he asked me if i was in to supps and all that and i said yes. he said that that might mess with the testing and i said id lay off. but i was going to take it easy for a while anyway, my probation is only a year and ive been off gear almost that long already. thanks for the advice.
