i pretty much agree w/ Focker. in theory proactive should work, and some experience good results. i didnt, but people vary. may be worth a try. best thing for me was a course of accutane to clear up, then afterwards, the lowest dose of topical retin-a to keep it clear. works pretty well, although i'll prob be on retin-a 4 ever. for my body, i shower AT the gym. makes a big diff. if i wait even the 5 min drive home to shower. im trying 10g/day of b5 + flax oil and seems to be improving, but its only been a month, and u need like 3. skin feels tighter, drier, smoother, and pores smaller, so im sticking w/ it. good luck, bro!
