I haven't used "illegal" steroids in almost five years. I've used 4-ad cypionate, 1-test cypionate and m1t up until the ban off and on. The pics were taken within the last two days. I know I need to lose some body fat for soem and get a tan. I was weighed at the doctors office at 236 two weeks ago in jeans and a t-shirt. My height was 5'10 1/2".....no clue on body fat.
