I'm in the middle of a deca + winny cycle and a buddy of mine is getting me a free 1 AD bottle.

Wanted to know how well it would work with roids already in my system and what type of results to look for?

Yeah save it.

By itself I would take 600-900 mgs a day though....a bottle won't last u long. Divided doses with at least one being immediately post-workout

Expect primo-like effects.

1-AD is more androgenic than Primo and less anabolic IMO.

I have tried it and I liked it a lot. Resultsgained about 8 keepable pounds in 2 weeks. I'm short cycle advocate. Very little shut down.

Super one plus is better, it's transdermal 1test plus 4AD. You get a little bloat off of it, HUGE appetite stimulation, and good sex drive.

have u ever got any gyno like symptoms? or do u run arimidex or nolvdex with it ?

no gyno, just bloating.

Actually the first cycle I did I did 1AD and since it really dries you out and estrogen is actually synergistic, so I actually stakced with androstenediONE you know the old version that will convert to E.

But I bloated up immediately so I dropped that. JUst stuck with the 1AD. I took arimidex postcycle 'cos apparently rebound E bloat is a serious issue one guy even reported getting stretch marks from it. ALso it helps u recover more quickly. So that cycle worked out fine.

With the one plus I get bloating for sure, I thought it was a gyno like thing but it's just a little water accumulation and perhaps some fat on my chest and abdomen. Always fades upon stopping and never turned into anything gynolike. I never cycle for over 4 weeks tho.

Right now I am taking it for injury healing and I can tell the Estrogen is helping my elbow. It just feels more supple since I started taking it. FOr cuttign cycles I might stack with antiEs But for now I like the E sides.
