Depends on a ot of things...weight class...genetics...I see guys competing ripped at 34..Ill bet some have gone higher...all depends..if your worried about it chances are you need to work it more.

it all depend, it was proven that more you are athletic, lift weights, do running etc. more the waist will be bigger, of course in a good way

lol, i just took a guess at it. i can hit 26 5/8-27 at complete ripness so i thought i was over guestimating.

well taken marcus and ronnie into consideration, they would completely throw the median off.

Not many I doubt with a 28 inch waste, well at least the bigger guys Gunter, Ronnie, Jay etc. More like 33 or 34 inches.

34-36 depending on size. I have two friends that are pro's, this is where they come in. They are so big though they look like 30 to the rest of us.
