Priority or Express Mail

would it be better to order AS through priority mail, or order Express mail?? if it is liquids? please give opinion bros. thanks.

If your question is about the handling, priority and express are about the same. For the price, priority is probably better.

Packaging is VERY important but it also depends on your source.

You can also waive the signature using Express Mail.
